Terms and Conditions - Saga Hotel and Apartments
INDIVIDUALS
1. The number of attendees, price, accommodation, food and beverage and other orders are shown in the reservation overview. To check in at Saga Hotel Oslo you need to be at least 20 years old. To check in at Saga Apartments you need to be at least 25 years old. Saga Hotel & Apartments is a non- smoking building.
2. The stated prices are cogent for both parties. Saga Apartments reserves the right to adjust the prices due to changes of cost i.e. increased taxes or fees or other conditions out of control for the hotel.
3. All changes/ cancellations should be made in written notifications to the hotel to be valid. Guaranteed payment for the whole reservation is guaranteed by a company or a credit card. The hotel has a responsibility to offer guest accommodation for the confirmed number of nights. 100% of the reservation will be charged if the room is cancelled or in the case of no- show
4. Payment in advance according to the specification written under general information in the reservation overview. Full payment for the stay will be made upon arrival at the hotel. Bank warranty for the total anticipated cost should be sent to the hotel according to the specification written under the comment in the confirmation. If payment is delayed, an interest charge according to local law will be added.
5. The hotel reserves the right to ask for a deposit or bank warranty.
6. Ordered rooms for accommodation are guaranteed to be ready for check in after 15:00 arrival day and are held for your disposal until 12:00 departure day. Any changes to these times must be agreed upon and confirmed by the hotel.
7. Visitors are not allowed in the room after 11:00. Visitors must notify the Front Desk upon their arrival and be always accompanied by the registered guest. The registered guest is responsible for all damage to the hotel property caused by careless or intended behavior of the participants.
8. Occurrences out of control for the parties (strike, lockout, fire etc) that makes it impossible to fulfil the obligations of this contract gives the right to cancel the whole arrangement without liability to pay compensation.
9. Any disputes between the parties in this contract, or between participants and the hotel, will be handled according to the local law. If a compromise solution is not found the statement from the court of law will apply.
10. Saga Hotel and Apartments is a cash-free hotel.
GROUPS (5 rooms or more)
1. All group requests needs to be approved by hotel prior to arrival.
2. Final rooming list needs to be sent to the hotel at least 21 days prior to arrival.
3. For benefits not included in the contract, every participant must settle their own bill. The organizing client is responsible for any unsettled bills, unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. In the event of damages to the hotel property caused by participants of the group, the organizing client is held liable.
5. Cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival will be charged at full cost. All cancellations must be sent in writing to the hotel.
6. Charges for any services that are ordered in addition to the contract, will be added to the invoice of the organizing client.
7. Credit must be applied for in advance from the hotel. Invoice must be approved by hotel no later then 14 days prior to first arrival
8. We reserve the right to ask for deposits and other forms of guarantees for the rooms.
9. Events outside Saga Hotel Oslo’s control such as strikes, lockouts, fire, etc gives the hotel the right to cancel the agreement without any obligations or fees.
10. Saga Hotel and Apartments is a cash-free hotel.
